Why do I need to verify my identity?

Due to Greek legislation, we need to verify the identity of our customers. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC). You’re required to do the following:

1. Register your account by providing name, date of birth, address, nationality, ID number and country of permanent residence.
2. You will need to verify your personal details within 30 days of signing up by submitting your Greek National Identity Card or Passport.
3. If not, the verification process will finish, and the account will be closed. If the account will be closed, we will credit back any unspent amount from your deposits. Just make sure to deposit with a payment method that belongs to you and it is registered in your name.

To complete your verification, all we need from you is the following details:

• First name and last name
• Date of Birth
• Address
• Nationality
• ID number
• Country of permanent residence

It’s that simple! Once the process is complete, you’ll be able to withdraw winnings and your account will be fully activated. You may be required to send in further documents in the future when we do routine checks on accounts.

Please note that you will be required to add all your personal details in Latin characters.
